Original Kurzfassung:
We report on magnetization and magnetic hysteresis measurements for Tl0.74Bi0.3Sr1.8Ba0.2Ca2Cu3Oy and Tl0.6Pb0.5Sr1.8Ba0.2Ca2Cu3Oy ceramic superconductors. For the investigated samples low-field magnetization showed deviation from ideal linear M(H) de-pendence. This anomaly results from the superposition of inter- and intragranular magnetization curves. Consequently in our analysis of magnetization processes the geometry of both sample and grains together with proper estimation of the porosity are taken into account. Fitting the theoretical magnetization curve to experimental data allowed for independent determination of critical fields for superconducting grains and weak links. Also the field dependence of the critical current density was calculated from hysteresis loops based on the standard Bean critical state model.
